Islay’s medium peated Malt, it has a pronounced iodine character with plenty of pepper, yet is balanced and smooth as well as smoky.
Lagavulin is one of Scotland's Classic Malts and receives the slowest distillation of any of the Islay Malts. Pungent and potent it is a great Islay Malt. With rich peaty, deep, smoky flavours, it has an intense long finish.
From the Isle of Mull, a single Malt with tantalizing hints of grass, malt, gingerbread, stewed fruit syrup and finely polished oak. Smooth, velvety with fruity tangs and exquisitely spiced gingerbread and aniseed for a medium sweetness to treasure.
This lovely Highland Malt is transferred from a traditional oak whisky cask to a Spanish oak sherry cask and the sherry wood brings depth and fullness of flavour. It is a smooth and mellow single malt of beautifully combined flavours - nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry - with a long and warming finish.

Lowland Whisky, blended from a mixture of Bourbon and sherry casks, the light colour of this malt belies the richness of its character. The nose has a wide range of aromas, from citrus fruits to pears and a hint of peat, while the palate shows touches of smoke, vanilla essence, nutmeg, cinnamon and the salty tang characteristic of the distillery.
